Ask for the Serial Number off the dash, and we can tell you, or atleast if the dash is out of a Grabber, or ask for the info off the sticker on the drivers side "B" pillar (if it's still there)

yeah its kinda rough , he said it has all of its interior but i dont know , ive been trying to drive down the cost , but hes pretty consistent w/ the price tag...i offered him some trades , no luck hes a chebby guy so , im prolly just goin to back out of it, well he just emailed me back....i told him i will be in contact he said if it dont sell soon its goin to the CRUSHER:( so if all fails i might just buy it as a parts car

Based on the VIN you posted, it appears to be a factory 302 Grabber.

Could be good for some parts. If he's just going to crush it don't you think he'd take what he could get?

It looks to me like he's only going to get $152.51, as that was the winning bid in his auction. Good thing he held out for more money.:coco:

was just reading my emails and he told me he sold the car for 250 to somebody:rolleyes: i dont know im not to worried , oh well prolly better that i passed , who knows exactly how bad the rot and rust was...

It's hard to say if it's worth $250, the pictures suck. The fact that the grille, front bumper and valance are missing are counting against it. If the rear valance isn't there or is in bad shape, that's another thing against it. The 5 lug rear is a plus, and IF the V8 frame mounts are still there, that's another plus.

You'd really need better pics of the car to figgure it out. It is a real factory 302 Grabber (93F V.I.N.), and one of the harder to find Dearborn, Michigan built cars. If I really needed another Maverick, I would go check it out and jew him down, but I really don't need another right now. It sure is tempting though...
