I wish!! No, my car still looks pretty much the same as it does in the avatar. Hopefully, this winter I can get some more work done on her. I've been ratcheting up the ambition for a while now and any day we should see some action!

I found that picture on a mustand board, from a track in Pa.

Reminds me of our track at Centerville Arkansas. Best time of year, I think, cool and crisp with great scenery to boot. Only one drawback, season of racing is closing fast, but the hot rods need a rest and a little freshening up. Probably goes for an old, slightly worn out driver, too. If the weather holds, we will be back at it on Jan 1st, and then a month off, and then the whole cycle starts over. Got to love the southern states.(used to be a damn yankee, arse deep in snow and sub zero temps.

It's pics like this one that help to keep me motivated to get some work done on the car so that I can get back out there. It's been well over 2 years since I made a pass down the 1320 and that really sucks.

Both those cars are running 11.3x at 120 some mph.

Track is called beaver springs dragway. Web sight is beaversprings.com That should give you a location. If at all possible this weekend there is a good race to go to its a run what you brung heads up and has to be street legal race(WHO HAS THE FASTEST WINS). Thats how I like them. I ran my mustang there years ago got 8th place out of 100 cars with a 10.03 at 133 it was still fun. The # 1 car was a 7.30 at allmost 190
