alternator bracket

    Is there an alternator bracket that lowers the alternator down? If not can I us one off another car? I need to get the alternator lower to make room for a supercharger & the tubes that will have to go with it if I go the route on my engine buildup.

    just make one.....figure where you want to place the alternator, make a template to trial fit out of cardboard or whatever, if it works.make it out of your choice of material,if it doesnt...make another template.

    I would think that it has to be made out of a thick metal. I don't have the tools for that. I will contact Tony or Terry. Thanks for the info.
