Over the years I've maintained a file of links to posts I've named "must-do mods". In it I've placed bookmarks for any posts that I expected to need to refer to in the building of my project. Some of these posts are, in my humble opinion, classics, in the sense that they address problems that many Mav enthusiasts will confront at some time or another, and do so effectively. Included in this list are links on repairing rusted Grabber hoods, moving battereies to the trunk, 6901 header installation, I-6 to V8 swap, etc. Obviously not all of us will use all of the same posts, but I submit that there are certain ones for which it would be highly desirable to conserve the pics that came in them originally. I say this because now, when I go back to use some of these old posts for reference, the all-important pics that accompanied them are gone!
I admit that I don't know much about websites and such stuff, so I don't know how practical this is. Further, I aknowledge that doing this might open the door to some disagreement on what is a "classic" tutorial post and what isn't. Nevertheless, with all due respect to our great and fearless leader Stefan, I suggest that this feature be considered for future inclusion on this website, perhaps as a separate forum. Maybe we could even have some of the lost pics re-submitted by the original authors, if they still have them.
I hope that I don't sound like an ingrate in suggesting this, or that I'm proposing something that might become contentious, but I thought that this might further improve what is easily my favorite website. Thanks for your consideration of the matter. John B

This problem will be addressed once I upgrade to the latest version of the forum software which will contain an article section. A new version of the forum software was release earlier this month and not all of the extra features are compatible with it like the photo gallery and time slip database. Once the gallery is compatible, I will upgrade the forum and if the time slip DB gets converted (development of it has stalled), I will upgrade it at a later date.
