dont think he even put the slicks on ...later before the rain it was a little better for me ...i think i should of played with the air a little ...looking at vid looked like mine was running more on the outside of the tire .....ill bring my air tank next time
"ill bring my air tank next time" i don't think this is the "air"Don is talking about... ...your friend frank...
For some reason (I can't quite put my finger on it), a race entitled "Pinky vs. Plum" does not conjour up visions of a manly race.
just remember terry i wasn't a part of that. david, anytime you needed air we had more than enough at my trailer. my air tank went out to a lot of guys. i didn;t even charge ---much.
Wow, Don! That's BOTH wheels off the ground and going straight! Your SFC's and roll bar are sure doing their job with the car's stiffness! Awesome picture! I've saved it to my hard drive (along with a few of the other guy's too - just to be fair ).
Come to think of it, that's the most pictures I've seen of my Maverick with all four wheels on the GROUND! <-- Jackstand Racing Champion
All I gotta say is you guys better start working on BIGGER & BETTER motors if you wanna hang with granny's ol blue car next year!!!!!!!!! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1,1&item=7978498438&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT
It looks manly and it was. But, imagine a flyer for the dragway, listing the main attraction as "Pinky vs. Plum." I would love to be at the next one and show you how it's done. It will depend on where the next one is held. Potentially, I could be there with three Mavs - two of 'em at the strip. Just remember the name "Fat Boy's Toy."
