what a maverick looks like at an import car show right in downtown LA.

welp i thought i'd raise some hell at a very popular import show circut. plus i belive in diversity and a car enthuist enjoys any modified car.

anyway i had to be at this show anyways becuase more then a few of my clients were there... so why not bring the Maverick!

hey had a domistic sport compact class but only 6 of them showed up and they didn't consider my car a sport compact. so they stuck me in what they call a old school class 65-88... which is one of the more popular classes because kids wanna be differant and those year imports are harder to come by. anyways the judges were in their 20's and i got the feeling they had no idea what they were looking at. but there was an intresting out come.
    see next post....

the intresting out come... i didn't think it was gonna win anything

well it did and it just didn't take 1st but it took best of that class which they call showoff class.

i hear maybe two intresting comments after they anounced it... but at least i didn't walk out empty handed ;)

but it does goes to show you even if the kids are into imports (like the judges) it does still me they can respect a little v8 domstic power here and there.

Yes, give me some advance notice & we could probably meet up at one of the cruises or shows. I've got some cleaning to do on mine, since the 1000 mile road trip to Monterey.

    Way cool.

I noticed that's before you got your bling blings (18" wheels).

Also, the 'hood mystery' has me wondering exactly how big of a blower are you gonna put on that thing!? ;)

    (roots style? )

    yeah that was.

no blower change.. if it did change it would be a paxton or vortech... but more likely on the other car.

but i did check on the hood today and they are supposed to get picutres of it soon!

i think people are going to love it or hate it.
