I've decided that my unsafe maverick will be entered into a demolition derby/figure 8 race one year from now. I love mavericks.. hate to do it.. but this car is not really recoverable.. I will most likely get another in the future.. but this one will take the easy way out.. so.. It means i will be getting rid of all unneccesary parts.. such as the glass, which is all in good to great condition.. some of the trim, possibly the bumpers, the rear seat, and door mechanisms/trunk mechanisms ect.. so, pm me or e-mail me at expjames91@city-17.net if you want/need any of the above mentioned parts, or something special i didn't mention. I will be selling them for reasonable prices.. and they are all completely negotiable.. remember.. i will sell anything that isn't required for the base operation of the vehicle.. so yeah.. that's all i suppose..
just a heads up.. in case you all "hate me" for doing such a thing. I don't have the money to fix it properly, It is in fairly bad condition, thers no way I'll ever get back what i put into it, And I have to do something with it. It is a 73 big bumper 2 door..
It is no different than parting a car out and then crushing it. At least it will have a better death than that. It goes out fighting! Dan
yeah.. i know a lot of ppl cut parts mav's up and them get em crushed.. but hey, i could get up to 5k.. interested to see what a big bumpered mav will do.. maybe buy a mav that is road worthy
