The good and the bad of it. I will actually be working at a location about 3 hours from Owensboro. I could end up there on friday afternoon. I am involved with a huge deal for the company and it is very very important. They are very good to me and I will do what needs to be done, this deal is so important that many jobs will be saved and some will be added. I will do whatever I can to be at Roundup, the bosses are well aware of my desire to be there. I appreciate the kind words guys, it means alot. Dan
And yes, Rick,, I know the term THRASHING was for my benefit. Seems I am always THRASHING to get to Roundup, this year,,, in a different way. Dan
I know you'll be their if it is at all possible Dan, wouldn't be the same without ya, and I promise...no shifter probs this year
Dan.....I hope you make it. Definitely would not be the same without you. Besides, I need my late night drinking/late night conversation about life buddy there. It seems every year you and I have gotten into atleast one deep conversation about inner peace and what-not I just cannot see me having that same conversation with anyone else.
Just Kidding! I knew that would get you all!!! I don't own the trailer. At either rate, I surely wouldn't pull it with a Chevy)! I am ready to go to the Roundup, though. Won't be taking the Drag-N-Fly, but one of the Mavericks on that trailer. In late March I had the oppurtunity to have my cars in a commercial: See Post Under "Hollywood Mavericks"
50 man hours later interior is done, new wiring harnsss from a Roush Nascar, carbon fiber gauge panel, pro comp ultra lite gauges, shifter console with command switch center, indicator lights, roll bar padding, and carpet....whew...I'm tired...nap time.
Dan sure hope you and your wife can make it, it just wouldn't be the same if you two did not make it. Doug that trailer setup is sweet I was thinking if you came with it we would try to hire you to come to Ohio and pick our 4 up after you got KY.
