I knew he didn't really care about it. Someone gave me an article from the newspaper about how he's going to be auctioning off a bunch of junk, including his 72 Maverick. The article at least caled it the "piece de resistance", which I think is French for "the only thing worth a crap". The auction is June 10th at Hindman Auction in Chicago if anybody is interested.
Chicago shock-jock. He's on the air in KC too, and probably some other markets. Howard Stern wannabe.
They have him on the phone on The Regular Guys show here every once in a while. That guy is so fake. I never did hear what happened to the Regular Guys' '70 Maverick (aka: "The Rabbi Lee" ). I think they gave it away. I'll never forget that morning, hauling ass down the interstate to the 96 Rock office in my '74 Grabber to go see it.
aint this it? http://cgi.liveauctions.ebay.com/17...categoryZ28272QQihZ012QQitemZ6633938065QQrdZ1 not that i give a rats whosits on who he is.
They will only confirm that it has air in the tires... However, that statement is said to be a courtesy and non-binding.
That is about the crappiest eBay auction I have ever seen! Just because they are an auction house do they think they are special?! And isn't it against eBay rules to tack on charges like that?
