Mustang front suspension stuff is the same(67-71 mostly), brakes, ball joints-upper and lower, all steering parts, red rectangular lites in the rear 1/4s fit, rear sub frames with some modifications, door handles and rubber seals for them, probably other stuff that I forgot too.. Some of this can be bought from Auto Crafters too..Mustang parts are available at any swap meet and through mustang parts warehouses.. Just have to know the part ###s, E-bay, and Mustang web sites too.. Hope this helps. RON

There are lots of parts that will interchange ... no sheet metal of course. The majority of Parts that Auto Krafters sells for Mavericks are simply cross-referenced Mustang parts ... that is a good place to start for information. If you see a Maverick parts listed on the AK site read the description ... it will indicate if it is correct for a Mustang as well

Lots does not equal Most ..... Mostly the suspension and drivetrain are the same.

    For example of differences ...

Gas Filler tubes are different. Grommet at bottom of Gas filler tube is the same.

Door latches are same ... exterior door handles are same ... inside door handles are different.

71/72 bucket seat tracks are different .... bucket seats are same ...

Hood latch is different ... trunk latch is same ...

    etc, etc ...
