Hmmm....It didn't like my brothers Toshiba either but played in both his minteks. It wouldn't play in my old Samsung but played in my Daewoo and I just bought a New Sony that it played in. It should play on any PC that has the correct DVD plug ins. Personally I have an Nvidia Graphics Card so I bought and installed NVidias DVD Plug In For Windows media Player.

Thanks for enjoying it. If anybody has any issues with compatibility or a bad burn let me know I will send you another copy asap.

Did you like the John Ford Tribute

    John,

I would say it is a compatibility issue. If you are going to buy a DVD player I recommend the Sony VPart#DVP-NS55P Silver. It is compatible with all the major Media types DVD+R DVD-R JPEG & MP3. Again if your DVD player doesn't specifically play these media types it will not work. Sorry to anybody that has issues but I will do everything in my power to get it to work for you.Worse case I will copy to VHS and send it out at my expense.I want everybody to enjoy this.

I caught it on sale last week at Wal-mart:rolleyes: For like $65.00

I would advise everybody to try it on thier computer first and save it to the Hard drive. That way if you scratch the disc you can still have access.

Any issues call me at 513-238-4087 I will walk you through getting your PC ready to play this stuff to. I can Burn copies of Roxio Player (hacked version:evilsmile ) if you donlt have a DVD program on your comp.

Did you use DVD-R or DVD+R when you created the DVD?

Well that is easily solved I will burn some DVD-R My burner does both I think:90: . It's kind of stupid having 2 different Formats anyway. Everybody wants to be the next big thing I guess.

You think the two different formats are a pain now, just wait 'til the dust settles over HD vs BluRay...

Well I recieved My two discs today (one is Franks). I have a Samsung DVD player and the beginning will play but freezes up in some places ,the interviews will play for the most part, but the drag racing ,and the awards ceremony will not play.

Tried it in a Playstation II and it wont play at all.

I`m taking Frank his disc in a little while and we will see if it plays on his player.

    Mine didn't come yet .... :(

If my players have issues with a DVD+R I'll just reburn it at home to a DVD-R ..... :)
