cool pics....... see, Dennis had a comb-over before comb-overs were cool I know if I was a police officer and pulled Dennis over, I would have definitely check the ash tray and under the seat :evilsmile and Seth .....maybe
That would be too cool if Jamie could get his hands on thet GT again. Send me your pictures Nick, I'll scan them for ya.
That is one of my life goals, to get my hands on that car again. I have the V.I.N. and I am keeping track of where it is registered. It's currently registered to someone in Pensacola, FL. It will be years before I have that kind of money, but it will happen some day. Multiple people have spotted the car at car shows all around Florida in the last couple of years.
To own a car since it was new is one thing, but to be brought home from the hospital in it as a new born is too cool. My youngest daughter was brought home in my Sprint. Unfortunately, I doubt that really means anything to her. My oldest daughter would have but I was in Sigonella, Sicily when she was born.
Dennis- Is that bride the mother of your children? Pretty girl. How old were you guys back then? I should have more pics somewhere. I'll have to dig. Seth
Naa, that was the first wife. No kids with her (that I know of) I was 20 she was 17. We met when I was 17 and she just turned 15.
Jamie, I really hope that you get the Comet back one day too I met your dad when the car was still orange and would run into him at a car show every now and then and we`d talk Maverick/Comets a little and I`d admire his latist mods to the Comet (this was during the eleven year period when my car sat in a garage with no engine in it). I couldn`t believe it when he told me he was gonna sell it but I guess he had his reasons. I know if you ever manage to get it back it will then be in the family forever...Good luck!
Yea, I was in complete shock when he sold the car. I know he regrets it to this day. He was extreamly upset about me getting a Maverick at first, I guess he didn't want to be reminded about that car. He's cool with it now though. My dad might bring his '95 GT to FFW in a few weeks. He's been talking about seeing what it will do on the strip. This car might ring a bell too? Probably the highest mileage Fox Body ever. I believe the car was well over 500,000 miles when the last two pics were taken. Sorry for hijacking.
