'89 roller motor, 1-piece main or 2?

    I have an '89 roller motor, and I just picked up a (rebuilt) later model c4 transmission for it. Do I need the 28oz or the 50oz balancer/flexplate combo, and do I need a one-piece or two piece rear main seal (also affects flexplate cost)? I'm a little confused with this.
