    Hey Guys,

    I am a new member and was wondering where can I get an original styl gas cap for my 71 comet GT? I live in California, if anyone knows of a place, I would appreciate it.

    There are several different styles of Comet caps that surface on E-bay.
    I will look, I had some extras in used/average condition. I will have to
    locate them.
    NOS caps can be found if want. They run $30-$100.

    I have a really nice Deluxe Comet Gas Cap .. could pass for NOS ... I'd be willing to sell for $50 plus shipping ..... :) PM me for pics and info ...

    and if you dont want it let me know, cause id be willing to pay that much for one:yup: of course id prefer the mav one but good luck finding that for less than 100

    It's not a logo unit, but if you just need one to fit, my notes say you need a Stand G734, which should be available from most auto parts store.
