I think modular mav guys are going to have to make their own little club I've had a Maverick for sometime and I am a member of some other boards and I already know some of you guys from them. Hi, I am also new here, and have a Modular 2V 4.6 engine, tranny, rear end and everything out of a wrecked 2003 Mustang GT, trying to either install it all into a Maverick (or a Fox Mustang) , but would prefer a 70-72 Maverick since that will avoid me having to smog it. (But I do know that most everything fits nicely in a Fox) I have had in my lifetime 3 mavericks then I switched to Chevys for a while having 2 Camaros, 3 Novas and a Chevelle, all gone now but one I still have a 70 Nova 396. But... I am not new to "crazy" swaps or builds, I also have these 2 cars that I have built myself. Blue one has a 5.0 EFI, T5 and solid axle, the unpainted one, well you can see the picture below what I used to build it (and click it for a larger image), also a lot more images in my website. modmav71: yeah, im 97whitegt on the modularfords site...and about the being slow thing, my stang is a non pi 4.6, i know all about being slow this seems to be a pretty frendly board so far, im lookin forward to being able to use the classifieds section when i start my build
