    :D just saw a mav. on the discovery channel. ala. police looking for a green mav. said they stopped all green mavs. within 60 miles of a robbery and murder. they didn't say how many green mavs. they stopped. the one they showed on tv looked to be a 76'-77'. very clean...frank...

    Police chases

    Hey everyone, I was just watching one of those police shows the other day and saw them chasing a white maverick, it was a small bumper car. they finally spun the car out with the police car to stop it. Also saw a real mice one in T2.

    My friend told me yesterday that he saw a comet on "real tv" do a wheelie and then crash. sad story but I wish I would have seen it.

    1977 Maverick 2 door with a 302.
    Turned the TV on this morning to catch the news and caught the tail end of the "Sentinel" on Sci Fi. A couple of guys were fighting and they fell over the hood of a bronze colored, big bumpered Maverick. It may may been a 74' or 75'. I used to watch that show a few years ago and I seem to remember that car in a few other episodes were it once was in grey primer and other were it got shot up.

    The other day I saw a show on Monster Trucks, After every commercial when they showed the title screen, a monster truck was parked on top of 2 cars. 1 was a 73 Maverick.

    It didn't appear to have been totaled, but I'm sure the police finished it off at the tow yard! It's a shame.
