Hello all! I used to visit the site fairly often when (96-97)I owned my 4dr 77 mav. Unfortunately the mav passed on to the Big Yard in the Sky in 98 (it had 267,000 miles)and I didnt return until just a while ago when I purchased my new "Toy". I had been yearning to get another Mav ever since, but had to go with something the wife would be willing to drive and was reliabl enogh to trust her in. Well, that day had finally arrived in Oct this year, when the Wife went home to Bolivia and I had money burning a hole in my pocket....temptation was too much. I purchased 73 2dr 200ci mav with only 53000 miles on it, The car was a tennesee car that had belonged to his mother(the original owner) and had ALways been garage stored, never driven in rain or snow and not stored in the Sun. The car is beutiful, light metallic blue, blue interior in excellent condition with no rips or cracks in vinyl or the dashboard. Manual everything, but I plan on putting power steering in the springtime. Car is stitting in the garage waiting for the Michigan Sunshine to return. It's good to be back. I had always planned on going to the meet when I had the "old" mav but with the new toy I am definitely going.
