Here's two pics as of last night. I'm getting more motivated as I'm getting closer to completion. Starting to work late nights in the garage during the work week.

Wow... Looks great !!! There is one minor problem though that stands out like a sore thumb .... Your Garage is too damn clean !!!!

I have told my wife for years that a real mans garage is messy simply because im too lazy to get rid of all the crap thats cluttering up mine LOL ......

I agree with you on the too clean garage. Mine hasn't been that clean since I built it and moved in. The car looks great. I always liked the small hubcaps look.

Been to the NHRA Museum many times, although not recently. The wheels are 14x6s off of a Granada that I picked from a bone yard. A whole $36 for all four. I got those NOS center caps for $28(only 2 bids) off of ebay. Remember this car was suppose to be a driver & for the first time I put a budget on one of my projects. My budget was $5000 including the car. I ended up spending $6800. I did the entire project in my garage. The 3 largest expenses were the motor($700), the custom EFI harness($800) & the Grabber hood($400). I paid $1200 for the car & it was an original 302 with A/C...Rust free original paint car. I kept the painting costs down by painting the car the original color so I didn't have to do the jams & trunk as they were already in excellent condition. I actually hated that color at first & almost didn't buy the car because of it. Now, the color has grown on me & I actually really like it now. Go figure...
