The fenders are not glass. There off of a 70 Mav(no emblem holes)I toyed with buying a glass Grabber Hood, but I heard nightmares about the fit & finish of these hoods. Here's a pic of the bottem of the steel Grabber hood. The car should be finished this weekend.
Oh I forgot, I don't have any intentions of installing the Grabber stripes. All baby blue...Well actually, the color is Dupont Waterfall Blue & it's a very close match to the original color.
what color is that? looks like the ldo baby blue in one picture but the other looks like the 60's light blue? anyways only 5 mavericks showed up and one comet... but at least some mavericks made it out to show our stuff. four people came to visit form the board here but weren't able to get there car in. well here are pics of the the mavs/comet that showed up.
Thats alright if you didn't make it,....derrick let me know there is another meet in october. My car wasn't there this time, but over the last few days I have picked up my engine hoist and tools from storage, and I will be there for sure with my work in progress in OCtober running a Fuel injected 5.0 Mav.
