Did you ever get an idea about a car while you were fast asleep and dreaming? I had a dream last night that actually got me thinking. In this dream we had painted a two door Maverick jet black and added flames to the hood, fenders and part of the doors. But they were not ordinary flames. These flames were actually a 3-demensional decal so that when ever someone walked by, or if the car was moving, the flames would move and flicker too. The only thing missing was the smoke. I can still see it in my head and it looked totally cool. Now I wonder if it's even possible to create a 3-demensional decal.:hmmm: Maybe they do and I never took notice before. I would think something like that would be pretty thick, not to mention expensive to make. Anyway, I thought it was a cool dream.

There is a guy that paints flame jobs that actually look like flames. I cant remember his name. There is an episode or 2 of Rides that feature him. Very realistic flames. Now if they can take that paint that changes colors and put the right colors in it, I think your dream would be fullfiled.

That guy is just amazing. That's how I saw the flames on the black Maverick, only they were in motion. I wish I had the :2cents: and the know-how to be able to make that dream a reality.

I saw him on the Rides show. He did a helocopter and once while it was landing someone called the fire department thinking it was really on fire. lol
    That's pretty realistic.
