It looks like a pretty happy driver behind the wheel! Looks like it has bucket seats, I have seen them go for $250.00 or more alone! Not bad for $225.00, were you able to drive it home? It would be great if you could save it and not part it out!

    No motor or trans

Naw couldnt drive it as it has no motor or trans. been stripped to make dragcar . Guess thats the way I will go also. The scoop is not on it I just laid it there as a joke . It was in the car. Never seen one like it before. Has a very nice bumper in the car also so its probably worth $100.00 alone.

    I say keep it!

That is what makes these cars so special to everyone here. Not part of Mustang or Camero Pack! If the car is solid then I would keep it and build it up to your liking! Make it yours! I am sure if you look through the previous posts etc. on this board you will find some great information and some ideas etc.

I guess I didn't notice at first how the front sat up, which makes sense if it does not have the motor or tranny. Good luck!

    Hey, another new car and...

    ...it's not a Maverick.
I am compiling SOME data to start a '71-'75 COMET GT
    registry.
If you would like your info, e-mail me your cintact info
and the data plate info and VIN as well as a description
of what condition the car is in.
Craig Selvey and I talked about this a couple of months
ago. I want to get mine on the road and then I will get
more into building a registry database. This offer goes
to all '71-'75 COMET GT owners.

    Thanks-

Mycometgt;I have a '71, 302, auto, air car I will sell for $500. Engine runs, trans ok, gear good, cowl vents bad, floors a bit bad, but car is all there. It is in South Carolina, ne of Columbia. Be a good donor car for a V8 swap, and has lots of great parts. Let me know,

    Earl
