Time for my stupid question of the day. for those that replace their stock air cleaner with an aftermarket one. what do you do about the charcoal canister? do you remove it entirely and block off the tube from the fuel tank? Do you just block off the part that goes to the air cleaner? I guess it's a choice thing so give me your opinions. Thanks Dave
I hooked mine up. IT dosent take any power away so why not? I took the nipple off the original air cleaner, cut a matching hole in the bottom of my K&N filter, installed it, then hooked up the cardboard tube, That tube is available from Ford still.
