which line do i use for the tranny cooler...

c-4 tranny... is it the drivers side or the passenger side that i connect to...

i used the touch method..but both lines were hot.... couldnt tell which line was hotter than the other..

so if anyone has a tranny cooler on that works properly..please tell me the side to connect the tranny coller to...i am using it in conjunction with the radiator cooler

    thanks

If you bought a large enough cooler bypass the radiator cooler completely

Its the passenger side line on the bottom of the radiator that is the return, thats the one to connect it to. With it in line with the one in your radiator it will drop the temp about 70 degrees or more.

so i should have the line come out of the radiator on the pass side...go to the cooler...then come out of the cooler and go to the line on the pass side

    cool

    thanks.
yeah i am hoping for some cooler temps

it isnt large enough to bypass....that one was 80 bucks...the one i got is roughly....12X8 i think,.,,maybe a little bigger

Depends on what style cooler you bought. I have the B & M Supercooler (#70266) on my '98 GT. It is 8" x 11". It is a stacked plate design...not the tube/fin style. I bypassed the radiator completely and I drive the car every day and race it in FFW Mod Motor class. Never had a problem.
