Well it has been a long time coming, and I hope well worth the wait to Dave I shot the clear on this morning. I know it may not look that shiney, the plastic booth makes it look that way. I used Duponts hyper-cure clear because it dries so fast, it is really intended for spot painting but I like to use it as an intercoat clear. Now comes more fun, I get to 1000 grit the paint smooth, layout the flames and paint them, clear the whole car, scuff the car, let the pinstriper do his thing, clear the whole car again, sand and buff. Done!! Thats all there is to it
looks good ward,.... but if your in here posting,... when is the car gonna get done so dave can have it back?:evilsmile :bananaman j/k
Chris, I have to go to work sometime just to take a break from the car I'm sure I'll be staying up tomorrow with no sleep just to sand it down, there is no end. No stripes, Just Pruple candy flames
not sure . ....we might not even be able to make it with pam going in and out of the hosp ..just have to take it a day at a time still a little over 4 weeks
