Been several years since mine was hooked up, and I can't figure out where the cables are supposed to be routed. The crossover line from the pass. side has an end that uses a clip, but I can't figure out where it clips to. If I remember right, the cable from the foot pedal is supposed to clip to a bracket on the bottom of the floorboard, which rusted off long ago, which is why I never hooked it back up. I can fix that now ( love my welder ) but need a pic of how the cables route. I am pretty sure the crossover cable is hooked to the drivers side cable correctly but a full diagram would still be helpful, then I can put a tech article in the mechanical section. I already have pics and diagrams of the early setup, but it's enough different that they are no help.
i have mine dissasembled...but i need to put it all back together....my pivot point was removed for floor installation....and now i have to figure out where the pivot point goes at.... so if anyone has a good from under pic of it...i could use it as well.... thanks
Do a search on here there are some pics. Also, there's a good diagram in the Chilton's manual if you have one if those.
Matt,,,, I was gonna take some pics of mine,, but now it is different than stock to accept the rear disc brake thing. But, it is nearly identical in the layout. Will some pics of mine help??? Doing some paintwork on it as the back allows me so maybe can get some pics to guide you. Or, call me on my garage phone @ 217-434-8085 on friday and I can maybe lead you in the right direction. Dan
The front cable and the crossover that goes from the pivot to the passenger side may still be the same. It's worth a shot. If you don't have time to post pics I'll give you a call tomorrow. Thanks.
parking brake eric just sent me pictures of how they hook up e mail me at ronr@darlington.k12.sc.us and i'll forward ron thanks again eric
