    i have an opertunity to get a 66 302 but I am wondering what the balancer wieght is..... the current 302 I have is out of and 85 Ltd.... 50oz.... I had to buy a new flex plate for that motor so I need to know if I will need to buy another for this motor

    An early 302 like that should have the 28oz. balancer and flex plate,

    in 1981 they changed from a 28 to a 50oz.:)

    I guess next year I will have a 50oz B&M Flex Plate for sale :drink:
