Engine Head Question

    Hello I have gt40p heads and i screwed up one head and i found were i can get another but how do you tell if the head is for the right or left side of the engine or des it matter? my heads are bare and brand new if that makes any diff.

    Yup .. that's why the spark plugs point different directions on each side of the engine. The heads usually do come setup for right or left mounting by the plug in the air pump hole. It is threaded for mounting accessories and can be placed on either side depending on which side the head is being mounted on.
