Does he still visit this forum anymore? I was wondering if he had any problems with the front of wheels or tires rubbing on tammys car.Did he have to use a spacer or anything?
Well he might be here somewhere the fenders have been cut out we also have a 4" wider rear axle, mustang II front suspension with 1.375" wheel spacers (the type that bolts to the hub and the wheel bolts to the spacer) The new car has the fenders cut out and the jaguar suspension didn't require any spacers.........yeeepeeeee
The first car didnt have M2 suspension did it?So, the regular cobra r wheels probably wouldnt fit on a stock mav would they?
When I installed mine, I had to trim the splash gaurd pinch weld a little. I experienced some rubbing when turning a tight radius.
yep the very first car had the stock supension and the same wheel spacers that are on the mustang II front. I think we had a slight rub on the front valance, it was the bondo I put on it to match the radius of the fender mods.
The Cobra R's I have on my Mav. don't rub. Stock, disc. brake front end. 16x8's 4" back space. 225-50-16 front tires.
Where did you get Cobra Rs with 4" back space? All that I have found so far are 5.72" or more. Thanks for any info.
