    my automatic tranny in my maverick needs rebuilt and i want to add a shift kit.. i cant find any need help roush16:huh: :49:

    B & M is one most used on these transmissions.
    Summit and Jeg's has them.

    i used a tci tranny kit and shift kit.worked great.:)

    I was thinking that C3's were totally different animals than C4/C5. Might be wrong though. It'd be the first time.

    thanks you all the other one in the grabber is junk so i will use the one out of the old 4 dr i had

    If I was to buy a shift kit again, which I will, I'd go with a Fairbanks shift kit, go the step below "Full manual shift kit"
    It has 3 or 4 stages compared to B&M/TCI's 2.
    I've had B&M and loved it, buddy had a TCI and hated it
    And I put a Fairbanks behind a stock 302/C6 in a 76 F-100 and it'll grab a 3rd sometimes, 2nd on regular basis.
    They are about 7 bucks higher, but well worth it I think.
