    Hello I am trying to figure out the names of these parts so I can replace them on my new carburetor.

    The first part is the carburetor dash pot. The second part appears to be the choke pull-off canister. You better replace that rubber PCV vent tube cap. I'm not sure why you want to replace those parts if they are still operating properly. Just clean them up with some spray carburetor cleaner.
