You need a throttle cable bracket from any 68-70's car to make the throttle cable work. Check on ebay or post a "parts wanted" ad here. As for the water pump, that's not the outlet, but the inlet you're talking about. To use the passenger side inlet pump you'll need to splice two lower hoses to make them reach, running under the crank pulley. Looks jury rigged to some, but it works. Seen it many times long ago. Also trying to change the pump style, you will have to change the harmonic balancer too cause the timing marks will not line up to the driver's side pump timing pointer
