Does anyone know how the wipe-wash bezel gets it's light? It seems to be some kind of fiber optic or something and not a bulb that I can see.

The bulb is located in a socket located at the end of the fiber optic. The fiber optic line is about 4" or 5" long. The socket is fastened to the bottom of the inside dash.
