    Hi!

As I was having the shop replace my old Leaf Springs (now she is not sagging anymore, really cool) I also used the opportunity to have them replace the Motor Mounts which where also old and very worn out.

And now when I am idling at a red light, still in Drive, the car vibrates and makes a bit of noise in a way I never felt the car doing before. Is it normal as the new Mounts are settling in? Are tougher? Adjusting? Just being new?

Or is there a possibility of the shop messing up something? Transmission? Balance? While changing those?

    Thanks!

By observation is your engine running as smooth as it did? If not, you may have a slight miss adjustment or loose spark plug wire, etc.

If the engine is running smooth, is something now touching the unibody exhaust, etc.?

    Venice?

Hi, thanks, it is running as smooth as before, it is only a vibration, not weird idling, at idle. I will look at the exhaust or new contact point. Thanks for the tips. So not normal due to very old mounts being replaced by very new ones then? hahaha

Used to be in Venice, now Silverlake
