So I just changed my starter and that wasn't the issue. My wiring is pretty messy in this car so I don't even know where to start. Battery should be good as its new. It's still doing the same thing where it sounds like it's trying to turn but isn't getting enough power. Here's a picture of my wires:

    That is a rats nest.

That solenoid does not look correct to me.

Don't like the cables either, look small.

To get it to crank, you can jump the solenoid with a wire from the battery. Disconnect all that crap and just leave the cables. See if it will crank. Then you should be able to rule out the solenoid and the cables. (I Still would replace them)

Are you positive the battery is fully charged?

What's in the car to need all those wires? Elec fan, stero amp wondering why all the wires? Like Micah sed, the solenoid looks questionable "not OE type and the positive looks like it may not be able to carry the current load the starter needs to work properly. I use #4ga. wire to my starter and never have a problem.

Thank you everyone for all your help. Turns out in an idiot. It ended up being the battery. AAA tested it when it was having its problem and said that it was fine but I should have just tested it myself because when I put my voltmeter on and turned the key it went down to about 6. Just replaced the 2 month old battery and it's running pretty decent, decent enough to move it so I don't get a street sweeping ticket at least haha. Also while it wasn't running I plugged some stuff and switched some vaccum lines and now it isn't stalling while in gear! Good stuff!

I'm not sure what all of those wires are but I know there is an aftermarket radio and the gauges for oil pressure and all that are different than stock. I do want to fix that wiring but I have zero wiring experience and if it took me this long to change the intake and carb who knows how long that would take.

Well! As long as you have it running and not much on wiring, leave them be, and hope nothing go awry. If/when you do get around to working w/ them; remove one at a time and see what it affects.
