Fuel Injection (or Forced Induction) fuel supply for Maverick discussion:

Current Carbd' forced induction project needs some help. Typically FI requires a RETURN type fuel line supply using a high pressure fuel injection type pump and a BYPASS type fuel regulator to reduce to required pressure.

I am considering modifying the fuel tank on my 1974 Mav to accept a return line or if needed - using a fuel cell.
The 74 has a return VENT line but probably is too small to use directly. I believe the return also has a one-way or some valving .

Pic' of tank return would be helpful

Simple solutions or suggestions appreciated , personal anecdotes not so much ...

    have fun

    .... whats a showcase post?

here's a related post i made on Turbo forum:

Planning on @ 10 pounds boost for my purposes. If my blow-through carb only needs @ 3-4 PSI at NA can I use a typical NA type NON-RETURN regulator and an NA-non return type fuel pump that can put out up to @ 15psi?, seems easy enuff...

    thanks
