74 Maverick Front Disk Brake Sheet Metal Clip

    Finally putting my front brakes back together after the car has been down for a year. There is a sheet metal clip that comes with the front disk brake hardware kit, but I cannot recall where it installs. There is one clip per side.

    The little tab that is on top in picture 628 is the little clip that makes noise when the pad wears down. These go on the edge of pads. Hope this helps.

    I'll see if it fits like the illustration indicates.

    That is the problem when one tears something apart and puts it back together sometime later. I can't wait to reinstall the dash:disagree:
