Leave it as is. Cars can be a very personal thing. If you put new wheels on it, the new owner may see those as throw away and therefore no added value.
I would leave it as is too many cheap skates out there that don't know what it costs to fix up a car and won't pay what it's worth. You would have better luck selling it as is looks like a good car.
