    hi, i'm a new member here and i am looking forward to get to know some you. i own a 1963 mercury comet that has a 260 v8 automatic. it used to belong to my brother whom passed on some time ago. i don't know much about mercs or fords as i have always been a mopar fan. and yes i do still own mopars so please don't me :bowdown: so hopefully with your knowledge i can get to know more about this car. thanks(y)

    thanks everyone for the welcoming. from what i have seen so far this is a very well organized web site. mavaholic, as a true blue mopar man myself, i have always found that the blue blooded ford oval guys are some the nicest people i've ever met. i like all classic and muscle cars in general. but theres something about this comet i really like. i think in most part is because it belonged to my brother. thanks again everyone.

    Welcome Cosmic, rather new myself. Have a 72 Comet. 66 is my favorite year though. Have a few friends that have Mopar. Nice cars. Nice bunch of folks here. :Welcome:
