    Just wanted to check in. Just picked up this stripo 1971 200cid (for now). Car is from south and is rot free and clean with 60K miles. The plan is to stuff a lincoln mk8 DOHC 4.6 and 4R70W trans and 9 inch under her.

    Ok I lied. Just did some more research and I will be going 8.8 rear. Oh here is pic of 1971 stock spare tire with Ford writing still on it.

    I love the sound of those big fat cammers.:drool: Getting one to fit a Maverick should keep you busy. There is a guy in Erie, PA that runs a coyote in one, so its been done several times.
