Does anybody know where I can find a new, or replacement, fuse block, or if it is even possible to find one? I checked all the major autocrats stores and rock auto and eBay, but I did not come up with any thing.
If you need to replace the fuse clips you can get them from Melvin's Classic Ford http://www.parts123.com/parts123/yb...~S4921CXTUB10870115314a~Z5Z5Z5~Z5Z5Z50001018o If you need the bakelite (polyoxybenzylmethylenglycolanhydride) piece then I'm lost for words on where to get a new one
I checked it...polyoxybenzylmethylenglycolanhydride, is an early plastic. It is a thermosetting phenol formaldehyde resin, formed from an elimination reaction of phenol with formaldehyde. with that you would think you would need a hazmat suit to change a fuse...
Lol, I am tounge tide by that word all together. Just say copper wires. The thing that I found out about the wiring harness is under the hhood next to the master cylinder. These wires come loose over time. Keep a eye on them.
