    I used air shocks on my 74 an my 75 comet without any problems. Even hopping back roads going to an from work. The only shock that could not handle it was in the front on landing. 12 years is a long time for air shocks. Neither cars were garaged.

    Yup, very lucky! Half the cross member is gone in this picture from a car that had air shocks.
