I just brought home a '71 Grabber and the front valance is gone. Anyone know of any online companies that sell one for a decent price, or am I better off going junkyard hunting? On that note, I'm wondering if any year will bolt on or if I need to stay specific to the year of my car. Thanks in advance!

nobody that I'm aware of makes a reproduction. junk yard hunting is a good idea but you can only use the valence up to 1972. after that they changed the whole bumper area. its easy to tell if you found the right car. 73 and after have giant park bench bumpers and no lower valence. also look at the classified pages on the site, there may be one for sale.

I'd probably check junkyards. As said, only 69.5-72 had a front valance.

There's one in Kentucky for sale! Check the classifieds or run an add for one.

73 has a mid sized front bumper, and a lower valance..the 73 lower valance has a larger opening than the 70-72 valance, just so people don't get confused.

Where are you located? I would bet someone close by would have something.

Thanks for all the info guys! I'm located in North Dakota. I'll have to do some calling around to some junk yards it sounds like. I don't really want to spend $500 on one if I can help it.
