There are dozens of threads regarding wheels and tires on here but i am having a hard time determining for sure what back space would work on the front of my 70.

    I want to run a 15x7 with a 225 60 15. I have seen threads with guys running everthing from 3.5 to 4.5 bs.

Is anyone running this combination and exactly what offset/backspace are you running with no rub issues.

The wheel database on this site is good but it needs a column to list the rim backspace too. That is important in determining just how big you can go and what will and will not fit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I dont want to order rims and tires and not have them fit or rub......

    Thanks,

    John from NC

    You need a 4-1/4" backspace.

That is the exact wheel and tire size on my 75. It has oem magnum 500's. I think the original back spacing for those was 4 1/4.
