Just cause its new, dont mean its good. If I had to guess, I'd say the voltage regulator is not doing its job. But first, make sure everything is grounded properly. You can get feed back current from poor grounds.
We have a lot of poor ground here in Palmerton. 75 years of pollution from the local zinc plant will do that. NOTHING grows here. But it does'nt make the lights pulsate. On the other hand, a bad ground wire will. Check the wires and make sure they are grounded properly.
You say it is doing it in 'park'. How does the car idle? I have seen this when the idle is too low or very rough...
we have lots of bad ground here in new jersey...who needs street lights? i can see all the way to shaunhs' and steves' (njshoremav74) place all the way from my house at midnight! poor ground is a direct result of my coffee grinder not working fast enough to suit me..
Steve, there is an awesome aluminum/chrom polish I use, I get it at the truck repair shop up here, it's called speedy polish. best stuff I've ever used Shaun
