I'm a little confused about what drive shaft mods I need to do.. My mav is a 302 with a factory 8"

    1) Do I need to make any changes to my drive shaft ? IE: yoke
    2) If I use a fox body drive shaft I know I would need the conversion u-joint does anyone know the part #

I used my stock driveshaft and yoke. It fit perfect like it was made to fit the swap

the stock drive shaft will work just fine. i dont know the number for the conversion yoke. it should be a 1330 to a 1310 big cap u-joint. its usually that big cap thing that makes it a hard u-joint to find.

We run a 5.0 with T-5 in a stock 6 cylinder 3 speed manual car. No driveshaft modificatio needed.

OK thanks, that's good to know... The t5 is at the transmission shop now getting a new steel bearing retainer and new rear seal... I'm going to pull the old out this weekend... I think I'll replace my 7 year old u-joints just to freshen it up...
