I replaced all the bulbs in my car but my stupid turn signals still won't blink. Is it a relay? Is there any way I can test?

When you turn the signal on do you hear a dink dink dink noise??? If not it is probably your turn signal flasher relay. It is located behind the dash (up high) to the left of the steering column(from drivers point of view)Looks like a little round can with 3 prongs on it for the plug.

That's got to Be it. I don't hear anything and the arrows on the dash just stay on.

There are 2 flashers under the dash. One for the turn signals and the other for the emergency flashers. Make sure you get the right one.

Yeah,, the obvious first thing would be to replace the flasher. Let us know if that fixes it.

Later today I'm going to the parts store to pick up an innertube for my other car, so I'm ordering 2 headlights and the blinker relay I need. I also have to get my work car out of the shop. My exhaust fell off. Again.

Look under the drivers side dash, you may have to search a bit for two round, usually silver flashers, if you find both, turn your hazards on, and replace the one that does not click, if none of them make any noise, replace em both :Welcome:

I had already verified the bottom with the hazards, interesting note the oem blue plastic relay was still hooked up behind my cluster, and the fact that it was plastic and mounted to the metal of the dash threw me off... but in the interest of not damaging the factory ac ducts I went in through the front and replaced the other relay. In the interest of not hijacking this thread after reading the rules I'll be posting my own thread about my car. done.
