which bellhousing

    i have a 69.5 mav.. will the large bell fit? has anyone done this. car came with 302 already swaped in but was 4 speed(less trans). i have a fresh c4 with large bell and would like to install as is. small bell is no prob just more $$$$. thanks for any help JACK

    go to your search and type in large c-4 bellhousing i saw a couple of treads on it.

    70 mav, 71 grabber, 73 Comet, 2004 f-250 crew cab diesel, 2001 f-250, 2004 explorer, 2007 Gold Wing trike.
    Large bell will fit the motor. Will be tighter with the smaller tunnel. You also need the larger torque convertor, flexplate, and engine plate. :)
