I guess I am kinda a wanna be. I do not have a Maverick yet, but I 'm looking. My dad had a '72 when I was a kid. My brother had a '72 also. I have wanted one since I was a kid. I currently have a 67 Cougar that need a lot of work. I decided that if I am going to put the effort and money into a car it is going to be a Maverick. If anyone hears of any deals, please let me know. If anyone knows of anyone who wants a Cougar, please let me know.
Welcome to the forum from eastern N.C. You might want to tell us where you are from, and post some pictures of your Cougar. You might find someone on here who could help you out.
I'm in West Texas. As for the Cougar. It is a '67 roller, titled in my name. I also have a '68 parts car. Between both cars you get 1 complete plus alot of extra parts. I have a 347 efi and T-5 trans I was going to put in it, but I am going to save them for the Maverick. Gotta sell the Cougs before momma is gonna let me get the Maverick. lol.
