this is probably a stupid question but I was just wondering how often my valves need adjusted and how I can tell when they need it?
If you have hydraulics and don't run low on oil you may never need to adjust them. Often when they start making a ticking noise it's because something else is worn out, cam, pushrod, rocker arm.
