Can someone tell me how to take the turn signal stalk off of a '73 Maverick? This is a column from a floor shift car, so it has no shifter collar. I want to ship it, which would be a lot easier if the stalk could be removed and taped to the column.
    Thanks,
    John B.

There should be a small pair of flats on it near the column, using a small wrench it just screws out...
